The talented people who work at Euphemia Haye are the reason why this restaurant is an outstanding dining destination. The technical skill that our staff possesses is breathtaking and the amount of commitment they have is humbling.

We work hard at running a restaurant that not only turns out delicious food, but is also an enjoyable and fun place for our people to work.  We are proud that many of our employees have been with us for a long time,  in fact, some have been with us for over 30 years and many for over 20. They’re not just staff, they’re family.

We are lucky to have a valuable team of people who love what they do. They pour their passion into each glass that they polish, each lamb chop that they sear and each napkin that they fold. Our staff maintains a high set of standards. We love what we do and we are so honored to have an outstanding group of people to work with each and every day.
