Holidays at Euphemia Haye

New Year’s Eve

For New Year’s Eve all of our reservations are prepaid reservations.  There is a minimum of $125.00 per person which includes your food, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity.  We are serving our full a la carte menu along with our nightly specials and Chef Ray will be creating an extra special, special that evening also.

For example: If your reservation is for 2 people we would charge your card $250.00 and when you came in that evening you could spend the $250.00 however you would like, whether it is on food, wine, dessert, mixed drinks, etc.  If you go over the $250.00 you would just pay the difference that evening

Cancellations:  Should you need to cancel for any reason we would credit your card LESS $50.00 per person ONLY if we can re-book your seats.  If we are unable to re-book your seats then the initial charge will remain.

Valentine’s Day

All reservations for Valentine’s Day are a prepaid $125.00 minimum per person. This minimum includes your food, beverage, tax and gratuity. To reserve your table for our downstairs fine dining area please contact Shannon, Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Please have your credit card number ready when calling as all reservations are prepaid. All cards will be charged on January 31st. Should you need to cancel our reservation for any reason after January 31st, we would credit your card less $50.00 per person only if we can re-book your seats. If we are unable to re-book your seats then the initial charge will remain. Any reservations made after January 31st will be charged the same day you make your reservation or by the end of the week and the same cancellation policy applies.

Valentines Day at The Haye Loft
Valentine’s Evening walk-ins may enjoy our fresh gourmet pizzas, homemade desserts, top-shelf spirits, and exotic coffees up in The Haye Loft, starting at 6:00 p.m. The abbreviated menu will not be available that evening. The Haye Loft Lounge will spotlight Pianist, Michael Royal.

 St. Patrick’s Day

For St. Patrick’s Day evening, we feature a Corned Beef and Cabbage Special in the Upstairs Haye Loft. This special Corned Beef and Cabbage Sandwich – consists of thin, lean and tender corned beef on rye bread.  It is then topped with Chef Mark’s Famous Horseradish Cream Sauce, and accompanied by a cabbage and carrot slaw.

This special is only available in The upstairs Haye Loft and food will be served beginning at 5:30 pm. The Haye Loft operates on a first come, first served basis (As we do not accept reservations upstairs) so don’t miss out on this wonderfully Irish special.

Easter

For Easter Sunday, we begin taking reservations starting at 4:00 p.m. with our last seating at 9:00 p.m.
We will be serving our award winning a la carte menu in addition to Chef Ray’s Roast Leg Of Lamb Boulangere – A slow roasted leg of fresh Spring lamb marinated with garlic, rosemary and herbs.  Served sliced over thin braised potatoes with its own natural gravy and accompanied by herbed white beans.

Mother’s Day

For this evening, we take our first reservation beginning at 4:00 pm with our last seating at 9:00 pm.  Chef Ray will be preparing two extra special, specials for the evening as well.

Salmon Belgique
Fresh steamed fillet of salmon served with braised Belgian endive on a whole grain mustard beurre blanc.

Petite Tenderloin of Beef King Henri
6 oz. char-broiled beef tenderloin steak topped with an artichoke and béarnaise sauce, served with your choice of truffle oil potatoes OR cauliflower mash.

Father’s Day

Bring your father in to enjoy 5.00 off a Pepper Steak and a perfectly paired red wine chosen by Chef Ray!

Veterans Day

Here at Euphemia Haye, we love to honor our veterans.  If you are a U.S Veteran, come in for a cocktail or glass of wine with dinner.

Thanksgiving

We will be open from 1:00 – 9 p.m. serving our full a la carte menu along with two Thanksgiving Day Specials.

Sliced Turkey Special
Sliced turkey on prune stuffing with gravy and served with honey glazed carrots.

Roast Duck Special
¼ roast duck on sage stuffing with raspberry sauce and served with honey glazed carrots.

The Haye Loft
We will be open from 2 – 10 p.m. serving the two Thanksgiving Day specials, gourmet pizzas, home-made desserts, exotic coffees and top-shelf spirits.  The regular abbreviated Haye Loft Menu will be served as well.

Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we will be open from 5 – 9 p.m. with live music starting in the Haye Loft at 6:30 p.m.

On Christmas day, we will be open from 3 – 9 p.m.

Our special will be Chef Ray’s Bavarian-Style Roast Goose dinner – Sliced roasted goose with giblet gravy served with a German potato dumpling and sweet & sour red cabbage.
