Please note: At Euphemia Haye fine dining restaurant (located downstairs), reservations are highly recommended (941-383-3633). The Haye Loft, located upstairs, is designated for walk-ins only and the menu contains “lighter bites” including pizzas and a daily “sandwich” special.
Locally we are known as a best restaurant in Sarasota. Why? Because each one of the chef’s creations has spirit. Our dishes are not what you will find on any other menu. When you take your first bite of one of our entrees, you will be meeting your new favorite dish. It may be the Prime Peppered Steak or Pistachio-Crusted Snapper or maybe the Sweet and Spicy Shrimp – which ever dish you choose, you can’t go wrong.
Some of our popular and original dishes are the Crisp Roast Duckling served over a savory bread stuffing with a seasonal fresh berry sauce or the Flambéed Prime Peppered Steak – a trimmed boneless strip steak rolled in cracked peppercorns, pan-fried and served with a hot & sweet orange, brandy, butter sauce. Colin, who has worked with us for over 30 years, flambées each steak in our dining room so our diners can experience the magic of the dish first-hand. When the flames ignite and the sweet, fragrant smell of the brandy sauce and cloves make their way to your nose, you’ll know why it is one of our signature — and most requested — dishes.
Our well-known Caesar salad is made fresh to order and is another popular item not to be missed. Fresh fish arrives daily. Breads, pastas, pies, pastries, dressings, stocks and soups are hand made daily with high quality ingredients and care.
We go out of our way to please our diners. Please let your server know if you are Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Intolerant or have any other special dietary requirements. We will do our best to create something for you that will fit your diet.

In the Haye Loft, walk-ins may enjoy drinks and desserts or order from an abbreviated downstairs menu. The soups, the salads, appetizers, our famous roasted duck, and the fish special of the day are available along with the nightly created sandwich, and wonderful, made-to-order individual pizzas.
