Obscure to some and legendary to others, Euphemia Haye Restaurant, located in the Sarasota-Bradenton area is chef owned and operated since 1980. Chef Raymond Arpke, co-owner, with his wife, D'Arcy is the cooking inspiration of Euphemia Haye and now a cookbook author, integrating classical training, an innovative flair, and a love for fresh foods to provide consistently outstanding, American, global and eclectic cuisine. Breads, stocks, sauces, soups, dressings and desserts are homemade on the premises. Our carefully prepared al a carte menu allows for fresh, local, and creative fare for all, including our vegetarian diners.

Try our wonderful, original signature dishes: Crisp Roast Duckling with bread stuffing and a seasonal fresh berry sauce, or our ever popular flambéed Prime Peppered Steak. Caesar Salad made to order is another popular item not to be missed.   Fresh seafood, homemade pasta and vegetarian dishes are always available.  Sweetbreads and a Veal special are also offered on the nightly menu.

For a grand finale, retire to The Haye Loft  * where notable choices abound. Experience the restaurant's Award-Winning Dessert Display, exotic coffees, vintage ports, top-shelf spirits, and imported beers in an eclectic atmosphere of art, antiques, and LIVE MUSIC. 

*The Haye Loft Lounge & Dessert Room provides a more casual dining experience.  In the Haye Loft, walk-ins may enjoy drinks and desserts or even order from an abbreviated menu such as our soups, salad, appetizers, or gourmet pizzas. A special sandwich of the day, our famous duck, and the seafood special of the day are also available in the Haye Loft every evening.
