“Fall” for New Euphemia Dishes

smoked salmon buckwheat crepes323x385Euphemia Haye celebrates the fall season with new dishes added to the menu from fresh, seasonal salads to warm and delicious comfort foods.  Come in to try our Smoked Salmon on Buckwheat Crepes which features thinly sliced, cold-smoked Salmon served over warm, Russian-style crepes, garnished with a duet of caviars, sour cream, minced onions, capers and fresh dill.  The crepes are made with rice and buckwheat flour, so this is another gluten-free dish added to Euphemia Haye’s menu.  For salad lovers, make sure to try Chef Ray’s addictive Fall Harvest Salad (also gluten-free) which includes a mix of “fancy” greens tossed in a cider vinaigrette with fresh pears, apples, dried cranberries and candied walnuts – a fall delight!  For our new fall entrée, Chef Ray combined two favorites (Butternut Squash and Gnocchi) and – voila! – created an instant comfort food classic with his Butternut Squash Gnocchi.
