Euphemia Haye is participating in the “Savor Sarasota Restaurant Week” from June 1 – 14.  (It’s technically two weeks, but when the deal is this good, who’s counting?)  During Savor Sarasota, we will be offering the following three-course menu for $29.  Come join us! *Please note:  during the Savor Sarasota period (June 1 – 14), our Prix-Fixe menu will not be available.

Dinner First Course (Choice of one)

Soup Du Jour

Fancy Mixed Greens

Tossed in grain mustard vinaigrette.

Our Famous Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, in a creamy lemon and anchovy dressing with garlic, parmesan and croutons.

Dinner Second Course (Choice of one)

A New Zealand Lamb Shank

Braised in a red wine garlic sauce, enhanced with fresh rosemary and authentic Greek seasonings.

Our Famous Crisp Roasted Duck

Partially boned, filled with bread stuffing and served with tangy, sweet seasonal sauce of the day.

Gamberetti e Capellini

Jumbo shrimp, split and poached in a white wine, garlic, fresh basil and olive oil sauce, tossed with thin egg pasta.

Eggplant Parmesan

Thick pan-fried eggplant layered with homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and fresh basil, baked to a golden perfection.

Dinner Third Course (Choice of one)

Chocolate Mousse

A fluffy chocolaty delight with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.

Enjoy a 4 oz. pour of wine with your appetizer and your entrée for and additional $14. Choose from our house Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Malbec, Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon Sorry no substitutions.
