VALENTINE’S DAY AT EUPHEMIA HAYE

This Valentine’s Day give your special someone the gift of romance.  Euphemia Haye Restaurant, winner of Dining by Candlelight’s America’s 200 Most Romantic Restaurant award, has a very romantic Valentine’s Day planned.

Euphemia Haye Restaurant will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 10:15 p.m. by reservation.  We will be featuring Atlantic Salmon En Croute, fresh fillet of salmon stuffed with wild mushrooms and caramelized onion, enveloped in steamed savoy and puff pastry all baked to golden perfection and served with mashed potatoes, braised savoy and wild mushroom sauce.  Our very popular a la carte menu along with our extensive wine list will also be available.  All reservations are a prepaid $100.00 per person which includes your food, beverage, tax and gratuity.  To reserve your seat please call Amy, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

VALENTINE’S DAY IN THE HAYE LOFT

Atop Euphemia Haye at The Haye Loft walk-ins may enjoy our gourmet pizzas, delectable desserts, exotic coffees, and top-shelf spirits from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.  The Haye Loft Lounge will spotlight the very versatile and entertaining, Pianist Eddie Tobin from 7:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Terms and Conditions                                                                                                              All reservations are a prepaid $100.00 per person and must go through Amy, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  The minimum includes your food, beverage, tax and gratuity. By charging your card we are guaranteeing you a seat on Valentine’s Day. February 1st is when we will call to confirm your reservation and that is the day we will also charge your card. Should you need to cancel after that day we would credit your card LESS $50.00 per person only if we can rebook your seats. If we are unable to rebook the seats the initial charge will remain.
